Show us your office Competition September 2017

This competition (the “Competition”) is operated by Fabristick®, 119 Stockbridge Road, Chichester, West Sussex (“Fabristick.co.uk”).

To enter the Competition, a participant must comment below the Competition post on the official Fabristick® Facebook account (the "Account") and answer the question in accordance with the Competition instructions posted on the Account.

The Competition closes at 8:00am GMT on Monday 2nd October 2017 (the “End Date”). Any entries made in accordance with the Competition must be submitted prior to the End Date. Any entries made after the End Date shall not be considered.

Fabristick® shall randomly select one (1) winner of the Competition. Once chosen, Fabristick®’s decision is final. The winner shall receive the one (1) product they have listed in their post on the Account, as chosen from the featured post on the Account (the “Prize”). Fabristick® will not be responsible for the installation of the prize, only the product itself. The prize will be posted to the winner using a trackable delivery service.

The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Prize shall be provided used by the winner, in accordance with Fabristick®’s standard customer terms and conditions. The winner will be contacted by Fabristick® on Facebook via a reply to their original comment on the Account. They will be asked to provide an e-mail address via private message in order to receive the Prize.

The winner’s email address and any other personal details that are provided pursuant to the Competition will not be used and/or processed for any other purpose by Fabristick® other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, and always in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. In the event that such personal details have already been provided by an entrant separately to Fabristick® as usual customer details, they will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Fabristick® will contact the winner by 17.00pm GMT Monday 2nd September 2017 and the Prize shall be provided to the winner within 30 days after the End Date. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner but if the Prize is declined or unclaimed by the winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied to Fabristick® (in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) by 17.00pm GMT on Friday 8th September 2017, a replacement winner will be selected at Fabristick®’s discretion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and will be notified by Fabristick® via a reply to their Competition entry comment on the Account. The original entry will then be forfeited.

Employees of Fabristick® are not eligible for entry into this Competition. Any third parties involved in the preparation and/or performance of this Competition are also not eligible.

When participating in this Competition a participant must not upload or include any content that violates, or encourages any conduct that violates, any law or regulation (including but not limited to any intellectual property rights), and any entry including any such material, will be invalid. Fabristick® excludes any and all liability in respect of any such material.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or any other social media channel, nor is Facebook or any other social media channel associated with this Competition in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to Fabristick®, and not Facebook. Each participant fully indemnifies and holds harmless Facebook and Fabristick® from any claims in connection with the Competition.

Fabristick® reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including altering the Prize) if, at its sole discretion, the Competition cannot be conducted as specified. Fabristick® reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another Prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

Any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
