“Help – in a listed building and we want to brand it”

The SOS call came in from Fandango Digital.

Business Problem #3 Full repair agreements, listed buildings and restrictive rental agreements

Chichester is a beautiful city. Lots of historic architecture and buildings.

When you are a business in the city, you may well find a beautiful office in a listed building.

But, your lease may say nothing can be put on the walls!

This is exactly what happened at Fandango. Their lease says that no permanent wall décor can be used.

ARGH – how do you brand an office with restrictive tenancy conditions?

Solution – FabriStick®

We created some FabriStick® pieces for the wall and the door at Fandango Digital. And voila! Instant branding.

And, it peels off with no holes in the wall, no repair needed! And it is not permanent by definition as it is removable! YAY.

ADDED BONUS is that if Fandango wanted to relocate or simply move the office around, FabriStick® is reusable.

Simply peel off, store on backing sheet and reapply.

Carla Forder, Co-Founder of Fandango Digital says:

“We used Fabristick® for our office branding so we could add it to our office wall and door. Due to our lease we are not allowed to add permanent stickers to our walls. FabriStick® is perfect, it is fantastic as it is removal and reusable so we can take it up and down without any damage. Our landlord doesn't mind us putting as many logos up as we want now!

Hooray – happy customer and happy landlord!
